This is 4 seperate videos that will be a great resource to use forever to support your lymph system, and entire body, especially immune and autonomic nervous systems.  Led by me, Janet Massey, PT, DPT, CMLDT (Phyiscal Therapist, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist)

  • An introductory video, that explains set up, technique, etc, its less than 5 minutes long

In the next 2 videos... you will be guided through self-lymph massage of the whole body!

  • 14 minute video for self-lymph of the whole body - to get a quick tune up and support of your body!  Good to use any time
  • 1 hour long self-lymph massage of the whole body class (57 minutes). Great regular support of your lymphatic system.  Can be used any time. I also explain the benefits, etc.
  • 1 hour 5 minute long self-lymph massage of the whole body... in this one we spend less time on the lymph nodes so that we can focus on the dermal layers.  Use this if you have done the other class, and are still noticing more swelling in the skin, and would like to address it more specifically.
     

You get to follow along from the comfort of your home (or wherever you are), and reap the benefits of self-lymph massage.   Its relaxing, especially when you get to follow along and be guided.  And it's envigorating for your body at the same time since it's so supportive to our lymph, immune, and autonomic nervous systems.  Its a great way to support your body, and take care of you!
